equal volumes of the following products: Method: Hand mixing: Mix all eggs with 1/4 milk and salt, gradually add flour. Finally add remaining milk stirring constantly until uniform dough is obtained. Chill the dough in refrigerator until the next day. Before starting bake, mix again.

Method: Slice shalots and roughly chop garlic. Lightly sautee on frying pan. Add lemon juice, white wine, salt and sugar, reduce by half. Add peas and mix well. Cook approx 4 min. Pour into thermomix, blitz on speed from 4 to 10 for approx 15

Method:Boil the peeled and chopped carrots with salt until soft. Strain from the water. Put the carrots and onion powder into the thermomix. Mix at speeds 4 to 10 for 15 minutes, slowly adding the olive to obtain a smooth, shiny puree.
