  • 1.5l milk
  • 300g sugar
  • vanilla
  • 11 bronze gelatine leaves

Strawberry Coulis:

  • 1kg strawberries
  • 5g agar
  • sugar to taste
  • lemon juice to taste

Allergens: milk, eggs (meringue). Not halal.
