Method Put to robo coupe all wet ingrediens and mix aprox 2 min, at the end add all dry ingrients amd mix for couple more minutes.

Method: Slice shalots and roughly chop garlic. Lightly sautee on frying pan. Add lemon juice, white wine, salt and sugar, reduce by half. Add peas and mix well. Cook approx 4 min. Pour into thermomix, blitz on speed from 4 to 10 for approx 15 

Carrots Puree

Carrots Puree

Method:Boil the peeled and chopped carrots with salt until soft. Strain from the water. Put the carrots and onion powder into the thermomix. Mix at speeds 4 to 10 for 15 minutes, slowly adding the olive to obtain a smooth, shiny puree.
