Measure out the white chocolate for caramelizing. Pour everything into a rectangular baking dish. Set the oven to 110 degrees. Put the chocolate in the oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir with a silicone spoon, add another 10 minutes and repeat the operation. Then change the time to 5 minutes. Repeat the mixing once or twice until you get a satisfactory color. After caramelizing, throw the warm chocolate into a blender and mix until you get a uniform paste. Pour everything into the baking dish and leave to cool.
