Yorkshire pudding

equal volumes of the following products:

  • plain flour
  • Whole eggs
  • milk or mix 50/50 milk with water
  • salt

Method:

Hand mixing:

Mix all eggs with 1/4 milk and salt, gradually add flour. Finally add remaining milk stirring constantly until uniform dough is obtained. Chill the dough in refrigerator until the next day. Before starting bake, mix again. Bake in the oven in temperature 185°c for 20-25 min.

Blender

Using a blender mix all eggs, salt and flour, at the end add milk untill uniform dough is obtained. Bake the same as in hand mixing method.
