  • 25 garlic cloves
  • 200g fresh gigner
  • 150 ml sesame oil
  • 150 ml rice vinegar
  • 4 limes juice + zest
  • 3 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tin hoisin sauce 500g
  • 3 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 250g bbq sauce
  • 150 kikoman soy sauce
  • salt
