- 10 kg meat pork belly/chiken tights or breast
- 25 garlic cloves
- 200g fresh gigner
- 150 ml sesame oil
- 150 ml rice vinegar
- 4 limes juice + zest
- 3 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tin hoisin sauce 500g
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste
- 250g bbq sauce
- 150 kikoman soy sauce
- salt
