- 10 kg meat
- 200g garlic cloves
- 200g frensh ginger
- 200 ml olive oil
- 200 ml oil
- 150 ml white wine vinegar
- 200ml lemon juice
- 1 tbs chilli flakes
- 5 tbsp smoked paprika
- 5 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 bunch rosmery
- 3 tbsp oregano
- salt & pepper
