Carrots Puree

Carrots Puree
  • 1kg carots
  • 10g maldon salt
  • 20g onion powder
  • 200ml pomace olive oil

Method:
Boil the peeled and chopped carrots with salt until soft. Strain from the water. Put the carrots and onion powder into the thermomix. Mix at speeds 4 to 10 for 15 minutes, slowly adding the olive to obtain a smooth, shiny puree.
