Red velvet Chessecake

Cake:
- 2 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup buttermilk or yoghurt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1tbs wihte vine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sosa red colourning
Method: Mix all dry ingridients in one bowl exept food colouring, soda and vinegar. Mix all wet ingridients in second bowl with food colouring. Add dry ingridient to wet one, at the end mix soda with vinegar and add to dough and mix. Put on tray cook approx 30-35 min temp 170c.
Filling:
- 600g creme chesse
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1tsbp vanila paste
- 200g unsalted butter
Metod:
Mix using hand mixer sugar and butter until light and pale . Gradually add creme chesse, finish with adding vanila paste.
