WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

  • 200 g chocolate chips 
  • 280 ml  double cream 
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 500 g mascarpone or full fat cream cheesE
  • ⅛ tsp orange extract or use your favorite
